LAKEHOUSE FAMILY OASIS is an amazing wide waterfront holiday home, created to satisfy a large families or friends in style and comfort. The electric HEATED POOL provides year round swimming in comfort and can be set between 23-32 degrees as requested during your stay.

John and Keri Redpath, are “hands on” owners ensuring the property is in excellent condition for your stay and are happy to assist with any personal needs and questions regarding the property.

Residential House Only: Tenants strictly not to use this home as a large party or function venue.

This waterfront property is located on a huge tidal Salt water “Lake Orr”, that offers GREAT fishing. With a 5mtr x 3mtr pontoon it makes for easy use of canoes and water ski that is provided for your enjoyment. (life vests also, child and adult).

This fully equipped private home has 3 separate living areas and amazing outdoor recreation areas, and with your own street frontage, offers plenty of secure off street guest parking in a great street and neighbourhood.

For your added security, this property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts

This large home provides also guests with a quiet and spacious areas retreat, be entertained or relaxed. Both inside and outside areas provide a wonderful place to enjoy your surrounds. With private barbecue, dining & digital entertainment areas, and plenty of space outside for the kids to play including play fort with swings and slide.

Once you enter the driveway.. you will feel your holiday has truly begun. This stunning waterfront home has been designed for families who want to enjoy all that the Gold Coast has to offer but want peace of mind knowing you can relax in surroundings where your family’s safety is a priority.

You will instantly fall in love with this AMAZING WATERFRONT HOME situated at the very end of a quiet family friendly street in a quality neighbourhood. Importantly, the home faces North East so that you can enjoy the sunshine by the pool and around the home for the best part of of the day plus experience great views of largest lakefrontage on the Gold Coast and the Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise Skyline lights at night time from the lower and upper entertainment decks.

PLENTY FOR THE KIDS:

“PLAY N GO” PLAY FORT :
Watch the kids have fun on the “Go N Play” Play Fort which has it’s own cubby house above and below the structure. There are two side by side swings, which can also be interchanged to the infant swing provided along with monkey bars and slide.

KAYAKING:
Your family will love exploring the fabulous waterways around the great Lake Orr in the three person canoe and two one person sea kayaks provided. Complete with life-jackets Adult and child, there are plenty of options for the whole family to paddle together.

FISHING:
You’ll enjoy fishing from the large pontoon with the home well positioned on Lake Orr. Just off the main river, there are plenty of small and large fish going past to test your skills! There are a lot of fish caught off the pontoon as its good clean tidal water.

ARCADE MACHINE:
Both adults and kids can also have some fun on the awesome “old school” Arcade Machine, with up 60 games for 2 players, games include PACMAN, SPACE INVADERS, DONKEY KONG, GALAGA and heaps more!!

LAKEHOUSE FAMILY OASIS is an IDEAL family holiday home with 6 separate sleeping areas to suit both small and large families. Spacious, light and airy, you can relax, unwind and even dine outside on the covered terrace overlooking the tranquil water.

ALFRESCO and DINING:
The large kitchen overlooks the wide lakefront and is fully equipped with all items necessary for your “home away from home”. Both small and large groups can dine in comfort with the massive custom timber dining table allowing seating up to 14 people, as well as an enticing alfresco areas with outdoor table (seats 6) and lounge dining opportunity on the adjoining terrace areas, along with a large Barbeque to ensure you’ll have a great time entertaining.

STUNNING DECOR AND FURNISHINGS
Sink into the sumptuous Leather Lounges which provide comfort for relaxing and also make great conversation hubs. Entertaining is a breeze with the large fully equipped gourmet kitchen with all the items you’ll need to make this your ‘home away from home’,

6 Sleeping areas 2 bathrooms, plus separate toilet, with beautiful north east facing swimming pool and amazing articial carpeted grass play areas outside for the kids and big kids to enjoy.

The DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM CONFIGURATION is as follows:

Master Bedroom with Ensuite, Luxurious Queen Bed, with TV with DVD player, Walk in Robe. The ensuite consists of double basin toilet and shower (Sleeps 3) – Single bed for child also.

Bedroom 2 – Luxurious Queen Bed, and single bunks for up to two children, adjacent to downstairs bathroom and toilet (Sleeps 4)
Bedroom 3 – Luxurious Queen Bed, and separate Double/single over bunk for up to three children, adjacent to downstairs bathroom and toilet (Sleeps 5)
Bedroom 4 – Luxurious Double / Single over bunk (Sleeps 3)

The LARGE UPSTAIRS GAME/LOUNGE AREA with PARTITIONED BEDROOM SPACES CONFIGURATION is as follows:
1 x Queen bed –
1 x triple Bunk bed – double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top plus 1 x single trundle bed, (Sleeps up to 6). This room is a lot of fun for the kids with bright colours, pictures ,with kids toys, books and building blocks provided.

All linen is supplied (sheets, blankets & towels)

FOR THE INFANTS:
We also provide two portacots, high-chairs and strollers if you require them, which are included free of charge with your stay.

There are LCD TV’s in both the Living and Family rooms with Foxtel.

For those who would like to bring their wireless devices, FREE WIRELESS INTERNET is provided.

We recommend bring Beach Towels for your use at the theme parks and Gold Coast beaches.
