The main living area including separate dining, informal TV/living space and kitchen are all located on the lower level and there are paved terraces accessible from both the front and rear through sliding glass doors. The second living area adjacent to the kitchen features a TV, DVD and open fire place along with a gorgeous 3 seater soafer and 2 occasional cane chairs.

All of the bedrooms are generously appointed. There are two queen rooms including one of which has direct access to the rear garden and enjoys lovely water views, and a twin single room located on the lower level with two bathrooms one of which has a two way access to bedrooms 3 & 4. The master bedroom commands the entire top floor with views overlooking the water, private bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. This property comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with the option of an extra bed being supplied for a 9th guest if needed.

The inground pool is located at the front of the property and features a lovely grassy garden surround and paved entertaining area complete with outdoor setting and large BBQ. There is a second paved entertaining area to the rear of the property with stunning canal views and direct access to the water, this area also features a private timber outdoor setting and bench seating.

Also provided is air conditioning in the lounge, dining, kitchen, master bedroom, and second bedroom, ceiling fans in third and fourth bedrooms, Foxtel, 2 TVs, DVD, sound system with iPod docking station and fishing gear.

The kitchen is modern and stylish with a fabulous island bench with bar stools and all the best cooking equipment for even the most discerning cook along with coffee machine, microwave and all the usual creature comforts to make your stay warm and welcoming.
